The Oasis Hotel a 300 room luxury property located at Macon County Greyhound Park/Victoryland is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Director. The hotel will open in the fall of 2009 with Conference center opening in spring 2010. The responsibilities for this position include complete oversight of an upscale restaurant, including 24 Hour room service, catering, coffee shop and lobby bar. Must be able to implement and provide consistently a Four Star environment including a high level of service and product. Candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, promoting, disciplining employees as required. Candidate must possess skills in creating, designing, costing and merchandising menus as well as analyzing and controlling all costs related to food and beverage.
