Implement new product rollouts system-wide
Maintain food and beverage standards
Advise and train kitchen methods and procedures
Work with supply chain management on food specifications and testing
Train and develop kitchen shift leaders throughout system
Responsible for co-developing equipment specifications
via Food & Beverage Director.
