Serves as the lead customer service contact for members at the front desk

Implements front desk policies and procedures

Monitors accuracy of the POS system at front desk

Conducts departmental meetings

Conducts customer service training for all employees

Enters programs/services into POS software

Covers front desk shifts as needed

Other duties as assigned

Hotel Experience Required

via Front desk Supervisor.

To greet each guest who walks through the door

Offer them any assistance that they may require

Be able to communicate any information to a guest

To assist other departments

To handle each stage of a hotel stay, from reservation, to arrival, to departure

To answer and handle all incoming calls quickly, and direct guests when needed

Hotel experience required- Opera a plus
